His previous positions include Senior Lawyer and Manager at GRC Solutions, Senior Lawyer with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and Coordinator of the Consumer Credit Legal Centre (NSW) Inc.
Since joining HADIA Foundation as a volunteer advisor, Michael has played a pivotal role in guiding the organisation’s internal governance structures. He provides strategic advice on regulatory obligations, risk management, and policy development—ensuring that HADIA operates with the highest levels of transparency and accountability. His strong understanding of charities law helps the Foundation maintain compliance across jurisdictions, strengthen board processes, and uphold best-practice standards expected of reputable humanitarian organisations.
