About us
The HADIA Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that provides humanitarian assistance in the areas of education, health, and emergency aid and empowerment.
Established in 2016, the foundation is headquartered in Australia, with all its operations in Afghanistan.
Our vision is to help create self-sustaining, healthy and vibrant communities in Afghanistan.
The Foundation is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) as a charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.

The way we work
Our humanitarian work is based on the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are a set of 17 goals aimed as systematic transformation for our world for the better.
HADIA Foundation is mostly run by volunteers. This means the absolute majority of donations to HADIA go towards the actual project work they are intended for.
We encourage the practice of volunteering in Afghanistan so communities can make greater use of their own resources and practice self-reliance.

Children educated in rural Afghanistan, 52% are girls.
Doses of multivitamins distributed to women in children.
People are provided emergency food packages.
Prosthetic hands were fitted returning mobility and enhancing self-reliance.
